Office desk strength test of unloaded chair wheel rotation resistance test
Haida instrument 0769-89280808/400-071-1808
The wheel rotation resistance test of an unloaded chair in the European standard EN 1335 has the following description:
First, the definition:
H -type casters - Hard wheels, a color covering the entire surface of the wheel, mainly used on the surface of the carpet.
W -type castors - Elastic tire wheels, which have a very different color from the center of the wheel, are mainly used on non-textile surfaces.
Second, an overview:
Push or pull at (50 ± 5) mm/s over a distance of 550mm .
Apply force from a distance of (200 ± 50) mm from the ground .
Record the force required to push or pull the chair ( before and after fatigue test )
Measure the average rolling resistance at 250mm~500mm .
Third, rolling resistance - fatigue test:
Equipment: HD-734 Office Chair Caster Endurance Tester
The chair is placed on a rotating table.
Make sure the base does not rotate, but do not prevent the natural movement of the casters.
Casters should be able to rotate freely.
The rotating table should rotate at 6 revolutions per minute.
The rotation angle is 0 degrees to 180 degrees and then it turns.
Each time the direction is changed, the rotary table is maintained for 2 seconds.
During the test, the chair should be periodically loaded at point " A " for 60 seconds and then unloaded for 30 seconds.
Fatigue test duration is 100 hours.
